How to remove sites from your account?
At some point, you may find the need to remove websites from your Tag Parrot account, whether they are associated with old projects or are no longer needed. Fortunately, thanks to our seamless integration with Google Search Console, this process can be completed effortlessly.
Please Note: Currently, the only way to delete sites is to remove them from your Google Search Console and then re-sync with Tag Parrot. If you prefer not to remove a site from your Google Search Console, you can simply disable it within Tag Parrot.
Follow these instructions to completely remove a site:
Step 1: Remove the Property from Google Search Console
- Visit the settings page for the property you wish to remove on Google Search Console by going to https://search.google.com/search-console/settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Remove Property" button to delete it.
Step 2: Re-Sync Your Sites with Tag Parrot
- Head back to the "Manage Sites" page on Tag Parrot.
- Click the "Import/Refresh All Sites" button at the bottom of the page.
That's it! The process is as straightforward as that. By following these two simple steps, you'll no longer see the property listed in Tag Parrot.
